Today, the Middle East Event Show 2026 opened at the Dubai World Trade Centre — a key event for professionals in the MICE and event marketing industry across the Middle East.
This year’s program features over 35 free seminars, a new Workshop Zone, and an expanded exhibition floor, bringing together more than 6,000 professionals and 100+ solution providers.
The business program covers a wide range of topics, including “Built to Last: Resilience as the Events Industry’s New Standard,” “The AI-Proof Industry? Why Events Might Be Technology’s Biggest Blind Spot,” and “Behind the Pressure: Mental Wellbeing in the Events Industry.” Experts in sustainable development and carbon emissions management will also take part in the program.

This year, organizers have expanded the event’s practical program. In addition to free seminars, the Workshop Zone will debut with masterclasses on AI, sustainable development, and creative strategy. Another addition is a session by Event Lab on how to properly brief contractors.
The event will conclude on August 20 with the Middle East Event Awards ceremony. Awards will be presented across 35 categories, including best projects, teams, and organizations in the region. The jury consists of 40 independent experts, and the awards ceremony will take place at Madinat Jumeirah.
